Director of Traffic Control Road Transportation
Sequence has been exclusively retained and is currently seeking a Director of Traffic Control to run overall divisional operations of the Southwestern United States Premier Transportation Traffic Control, Signage, Safety, and Barricades Contractor.

A key aspect of this success is to bring onboard a dynamic and capable professional to serve as their Director of Traffic Control. Slated to be based in Texas, the organization is seeking a leader and manager responsible for the direction, coordination, growth, and profitability of the group. This includes owning the business aspects of the group and oversight of expense control, staff management, job completion, productivity management, and department supervision.
The role requires technical competency and domain knowledge of traffic control and work zone safety as well as operational abilities. So beyond being capable with management and oversight of efforts like traffic control planning through onsite traffic control activities, the right individual would have operational management abilities (or ability and desire to develop that skillset).
Key focus of the role is being responsible for action and results of the traffic control division and leading it to organizational excellence.
Serving directly under Executive Leadership, and partnering with the organizations Vice President of Operations, crucial interpersonal aspects of role would include:

Duties and Responsibilities would include:
Ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met.
