Bell & Associates has been engaged to help our client find their next Director of Strategic Communications & Marketing. The Director of Strategic Communications and Marketing plays a vital role as the voice of the company, and will work to provide executive-level communications, including crisis communications. The team works closely with the company President and the advancement staff to promote and market signature events. The Marketing & Communications group is responsible for managing the overall brand/voice and the strategic integrated communications of the company through internal and external communications, brand management, marketing, advertising, public relations and media relations. The office promotes numerous events each year and is responsible for the website which is scheduled to begin the update process in 2020. The office also provides consultation on recruitment advertising and social media outreach. The office culture is fastpaced, collaborative, respectful and professional, with some humor and a lot of creative brainstorming intertwined. The team takes great pride in the tremendous responsibility of managing the brand and the team members bring their best every day to ensure that they are creating exceptional work.
Were seeking a seasoned Marketing/Communications manager to lead the team. The ideal candidate will be a strong team leader, a strategic thinker and natural storyteller, providing innovation and direction in creating and executing effective communication and media strategies to generate awareness, build relationships and shape behaviors (headlined by increased engagement and event attendance) among members of the companys external and internal audiences.
Provides annual internal and external communications strategy.
Acts as final editor for and provides creative guidance to print projects.
Serves as managing editor for the biannual magazine and weekly internal newsletter.
Works closely with the President to craft internal, external and crisis communications.
