Job Description

Poosh, LLC. is looking for a stellar Director of Brand Partnerships to join our growing Sales team in Los Angeles. This role is client-facing and responsible for overseeing their own list of accounts and all aspects of advertising programs that pertain to such accounts, including event sponsorships, holistic 360-degree opportunities, branded content (editorial and social), and digital media. The Director of Brand Partnerships will work hand-in-hand with the VP of Sales to drive new business and will meet all personal revenue goals and help to accurately project revenue throughout the year.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, an effective communicator, and has a passion for healthy living and digital advertising.


Responsibilities:


  • Define and own accounts to unlock investments nationwide (LA, Pacific Northwest, Chicago, NY)
  • Prospect organizations in respected territories to contribute towards annual revenue goal
  • Focus and pay attention to relevant trends and opportunities in the marketplace in order to help craft our own business sales strategy
  • Partner internally with all teams to act as point of contact and deliver consolidated information about customers' requests
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and updated site metrics
  • Own forecasting and provide accurate client analysis to support team planning
  • Frame client opportunities to support holistic, 360 approach marketing solutions
  • Meet and exceed annual sales goal of at least $6MM for yourself
  • Manage all presales/post sales and follow ups with internal Brand Manager
  • Innovate new offerings and solutions, pitch internally and take to market


Minimum Qualifications:


  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales, Mobile and/or Online sales, Customer acquisition and growth
  • 5+ years managing client accounts
  • Brand advertising experience
  • Track record of reaching and exceeding business targets
  • Experience on social media
  • Experience working with marketing decision makers in companies and agencies
