What you will be doing:
You will play a key role in the formulation and execution of our diversity outreach strategy.
You will help the Talent Acquisition team ensure that we are bringing the best talent to the organization by creating well-roundedtalent pipelines froma numberofsources.
You will develop long-lasting partnerships with a variety of organization and community groups as wellasserve as a brand ambassador for Steelcase with a special focus on underrepresented communities.
You will interact with various levels of the business and act as the subject matter expert in bringing diverse talent to our company.
You will do this by developing strategies, facilitating crucial conversations and consulting with key stakeholders. This will all be done with support throughout our organization.
